To register you must review and agree to the "Rules of Conduct & Terms of Service" below. Your completed registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the Rules and Terms in the agreement.

Registration to the FNA Voice (DiamondWare 3D Beta) is open to Killer NIC owners only and is a free service for the length of the program. We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. To Participate you must agree to the Rules of Conduct and Terms of Use below by Registering for the FNA Voice Beta program. These terms may change from time to time at Bigfoot Network’s or DiamondWare's sole discretion.

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Will not make any comments over the voice channels that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, disruptive to other Participants or otherwise in violation of any laws.
• Will attempt to participate in at least one scheduled FNA Voice Beta game Session a week.
• Will report bugs, provide feedback and offer suggestions through the FNA Voice Beta Forum

Although the administrators of this FNA Voice Beta will attempt to keep all objectionable conversations off this service, it is impossible for us to prevent all misconduct. All conversations expressed are views of the individual Participant, and neither Bigfoot Networks nor DiamondWare will be held responsible for the content.

Bigfoot Networks and DiamondWare reserve the right to de-activate and/or terminate your FNA Voice Beta service at any time if we believe that you are abusing this service in any way, or misusing it in a way that is illegal and/or harmful to Bigfoot Networks or DiamondWare, or its employees or its customers.
